Tonight's dinner was slow cooked short ribs, they were awesome!!

Latest purchase was another knife to add to my slowly building kitchen knife collection. Got started with the Wusthof Classic line last Christmas and have been slowly building since, no Japanese metal but the Germans seem to know what they're doing!!
