Speaking of results. My last session, with my trainer, was on Friday. Since January 1st, I've gone from 216 down to 178. I've dropped over 12% body fat and added another 7% of muscle on. I've lost about 4 inches from each of my chest, waist, and ass, while keeping my arms and legs the same size. We did a one Rep max of each of the big lifts and I shattered records in all, but the deadlift. Super happy with the results and and very motivated to keep going. I'm starting to work with another trainer, on a more occasional basis, but he's putting together a program for me to follow.
My new goals are to add more about muscle and get myself back to 185, and get my body fat down to the 10-12% range. I think I'm just under 15% right now (need to get on a more accurate scale).
