    It has indeed been talked about. As somebody with first-hand knowledge of the downfall of WEC, I can tell you with absolute certainty that there was no way of knowing who, or even if, somebody ratted.

    Best price I see when just skimming through a few sites is $68. Plus 5% tax, plus shipping. LCBO has the winning price right now on these.
