  1. One should think before they speak.
  2. The link you posted was from 2008. I am comfortable with my source.
  3. Smoked a Davidoff Churchill on my fav patio yesterday. A very mellow smoke that does get much better after the first 1/3 A Dominican cigar from a Swiss maker, drinking French beer at a Canadian restaurant after eating the Indian tandoori chicken. Had the wife let me bring home the Japanese masseuse I would have circumnavigated the globe in one afternoon.

  5. Siglo VI on my favourite street patio with an afternoon beer.
  6. New Westminster.....the only place that I know of where you can smoke a cigar on the patio of 3 different pubs/ bar & grill.
  7. Friday for the football game for sure. The weekend is free........pending on what the kids have planned.
  8. Don't those look just yummy! Are you still wanting to trade a few sticks? I am picking up a box of Siglo VI this weekend to add to the mix.
  9. Not at all. It is a 7 table 28 seat patio. I am mindful of people who are eating before I light up. Most enjoy the aroma of a good cigar over the cigarette smokers. The owner has my old humidor...he wants to keep it lightly stocked for patrons, nudge nudge, wink wink. Like the old Joe Fortes days when they had a cigar menu for the roof top patio.
  10. I live in New West and a good friend of mine owns a Bar & Grill on Columbia Street. Live music (jazz, blues, etc) 7 days a week. The only place that I know of where you can sit on the patio, enjoy a beverage.......or 9 and smoke a cigar. I can be found there all too often.

    Greetings

Welcome. I agree with the pricing at local shops. I will never begrudge a man from making a living but the government sure seems too.
  12. Enjoyed a Romeo Y Julieta Churchill yesterday driving around.
  13. I am open to anything I haven't smoked. Feel free to educate me. I have a number of Dominican cigars so no I am not stuck on Cubans. Gift Idea

A friends birthday tomorrow who is an avid Ashton Maduro #50 smoker. He bought me one for my birthday last year which has been in my humidor since and will be smoked tomorrow evening with a few beverages. Dalmore for him, Jack Daniels for me. Any suggestions/recommendations on a stick that will go good with the Dalmore. Thanks a bunch.
  19. Im on Kronnenberg Blanc regiment lately, without the fruit.
  20. Just purchased a box of Siglo 1. They are a perfect 30 minute smoke. Next purchase will be a box of Arturo Fuentes Double Chateau.
