I was contacted by a representative from Brigham directly regarding my issue after he read my post. I was offered a replacement pipe and free upgrade for my troubles. My issue with Brigham was resolved to my satisfaction and I wanted to say how happy I am to receive such excellent customer service. I will continue to purchase Brigham pipes with confidence.
