Pipe Restoration and maintenance.

Recommended Posts

While looking at my new pipe the metal cap fell to the floor.

Any advice how to adhere it again?

I've been told by the pipe maker about epoxy.  I fully trust his guidance.  However I am wondering if anyone may have a  solution other than.  I have an auto immune disease and want to make sure if I can that I use something non toxic.

Thanks in advance!

@ontariopiper should be able to help.  Don't know if he's still comes on the board thou

Sorry for the delayed response. @Christopher Lunting - you can use CA glue (Krazy Glue) to reattach the metal cap. I like  agel glue for things like this to reduce the run-out. A few small drops around the inside of the cap wall should do it. Epoxy is overload here, imho.
