Polaristar
Just picked up this one yesterday, you can see the fossils, I don't think it's supposed to be an ashtray but it sure makes a nice one. roasterdave
Found an old bag of cement while cleaning out my shed so I decided to make an ashtray. I used a 2x6 and some dowel pieces to make a mold. I took it out a bit early and broke some chunks off but I'm happy with it for a first attempt. mcicvara, Smokintrees, ToothlessCog and 17 others

roasterdave
Are you gonna polish that one up?Not sure how to do that. I'm just hoping it hardens up, it's been 3 days and it's still crumbly on the edges.

Rye
No, maybe got down to 8C Sunday night.Likely a bad cement mix then. It should be rock solid by now. It'll be great on your deck or patio anyway
