I will be making some chili as per the usual SB, Pre game food  (real) Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon wrapped scallops, bunch of Cheese, Calabresse, Genoa, etc etc 7 layer dip, corn chips and veggies  

 

 

Menu change.... :(  pretty much everything suppose I should of got this stuff yesterday.

Would love too but I think the real question is.... can you get me fresh Seafood? Not sure you would call AB Scallops.. Scallops hahaha also favourite is bacon wrapped water chestnuts.

Wife and I had some great cheese (chèvre noir, beemster from holland, 6 year old cheddar made locally and a quebecquois blue) with some local sourdough, prosciutto, homeycrisp apples, garlic stuffed olives and a homemade tomatoe jam. Topped it off with some Regional red wine. Delicious.

That will be the next pass or group buy to organize lol, I used to overnight crab to my parents in barrhead. Anything is possible haha

I need a good Lobster connection hahaha, West coast lobster... has got nothing on the East

That's been done too ..it wasn't cheap last time I fed exed...maybe $130 bucks but that was like 8 lobsters and a few pounds of crab legs I think. Small lobsters...about PD to PD and half

Clearwateris based out of Halifax, they're pros at shippinglobster. They have a store here at the airport so you get it on the plan with you.

WAY too cold out to grill, but hankerin some strip something fierce. Thinking of searing in the cast iron, hitting them with a splash of Evan William's and finishing in the oven. Any input on what temp to put them in at gents?
