I reduced the salt from the recipe (Alton Brown's easy version, available on the 'net) but I should have tasted before adding any. Pretty good anyway, with Italian sausage and some Montepulciano - just like my old Scottish Granny used to make...not leftovers for Bos. GottaBeKD 1 Quote
