Eddy_bullpoo
My bust just got back from Cuba and was trying to unload a 5er os Siglio 2's to me. the band looked a bit funny to me. There is a bit of the next row of white squares along the top of 3 / 5 of the bands. He said he bought them at the store at the resort he was staying at. Smokntaz
"If the glove don't fit, you must acquit!" Can't always go by the band alone but the Cuba does look off too. Can you show us a bigger pic of the band? Need a better shot of the rest of the lettering.

Shade
The squares are a bit off, not centered like they should be. And yeah, the Cuba does look a little funky. Also is the coloration in the yellow off? Looks a touch spotty.
Rick
Would be a lot easier if you showed the whole cigar. Picture of the foot and cap and wrapper will help. Can't always go by a band. I've seen real Cohiba with that real thin squared cut off at the top.
Bigjlk
I got a fake siglo iv tubo at the lcdh when I was there. So if the resort was selling them from behind the counter good chance he got some fake ones. A pic of the entire cigar would help though. Eddy_bullpoo
I didn't snap one. I just took and and passed it back. They were in cardboard tubes. I've never seen that. Also there was no stamp or box / date code anywhere on the package. Do those cardboard 5 packs, and the pack of monte tubos have that? This is the first time I have gotten them. Bigjlk
They usually only have the stamp on the outer box that holds the 5 packs.
Eddy_bullpoo
Thats what I though. Like under the lid? I think I have a 3 pack of Monte Petit #2 with it there.
Danny
What @@Bigjlk tried to say Eddy is that the 5 packs don't usually come with the date code. The code is in the bigger box that contains the 5 packs of 5....I think... Bigjlk
Curiosity
I just checked my cohiba robusto 3some and there's not stamp... I'm guessing thats only for the big boxes or 10 or more. as for the pic. I can't really tell. The true test is if he paid full price or "special" price... or he been had..
REASON
What @@Bigjlk tried to say Eddy is that the 5 packs don't usually come with the date code. The code is in the bigger box that contains the 5 packs of 5....I think... This is correct. Also Eddy the Gold box around the Cohiba looks pretty thick.
