Rye
Sometimes, when the stars align just right, an amazing cigar will just work. Right until the end. If it's a good one, I keep going as long as it's not hot or bitter, and it still tastes good. This thread is a dedication to those wonderful smokes that you just didn't want to end. Let's see the nubs! I loved every inch of this 07 H Upmann Monarchs while chatting with a few of the gents from the eastern chapters of the great CCF EliasMTL, Jez, Mark and 13 others
Jez
Cheers Rye!! Great idea for a (decently long overdue) thread! Â I'm always proud of this picture.... this awesome, awesome picture. Smokenscotch
Great idea for a thread!  I'll try and get some finger burners going, but those two above are hard to beat.  I don't like mouth burn, or tongue burn (thus, not much pipe smoking anymore these days).
Zedman05
Monte 2 Nub    My Father LE 2011    I also have, somewhere, a picture of a "Nub" cigar doing an actual nub stand. Smoked the whole cigar, then stood it on it's head. GrouchoMarx, GottaBeKD, Mr.Bone MaCracken and 4 others

Rye
Oh my! Cohiba lancero now looks like it could've been a Siglo I! These might just be my "desert island" cigar. And I am seriously debating offering up a healthy cigar trade to the winner of this rest. The damn thing is growing on me bigtime! Rye
These don't always perform this nicely. This one started as a wind tunnel, but quickly smartened up. It had an epic ash holding, but as often happens in the making of good cigarporn, I fu€£ed it up... I find it funny how taking the pics has really become an enjoyable part of my smoking routine. Here's the nub! GottaBeKD, leatherman, 20-100 and 7 others

Rye
Every once in awhile, I get tempted to eat the nub. This was one of those times. If it wasn't for the great community that is BOTL, I'd never have a chance to experience great cigars like this was. 1987 Diplomatico number four.
