Cigars are not as fragile as lots think. This is a hobby and way of life... Take a deep breath and smoke a cigar Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You're welcome. Btw that box was hand picked and signed by hamlet in Havana. [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

After walking about 8km in Montreal (old Montreal and around town) I got the fam into the hotel room and I went for a walk with my father in law. Of course I took a cigar with me for the walk and since I'm on vacation I packed some nicer sticks. So I light this nicely rested 2011 siglo 6 (which was absolutely stellar btw) and set off from the hotel we rounded the corner and ran into an outdoor show... Totally unexpected. I love it when a plan comes together. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not my best work. It was a little over cooked and fell apart. Had to wrap and speed it up because I was running out of time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is just me. I find I over cook it and it falls apart if I foil. Cook to 200 and start probing for tenderness. When done it MUST rest for at LEAST 30 mins before cutting. I'm done cooking in the morning. All over night cooks for going forward. I'd rather have it rest longer than foil to speed up. Some folks have good success with 275 cooking temp. I haven't given it a go yet tho.

Wait for your cigars to all acclimate. You'll go through boveda packs quickly at the beginning unless you recharge them. When they start to dry out either use some kitty litter or just a small container with DW. They will absorb the extra moisture. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I used rubbing alcohol to wipe mine down. Put it in a spray bottle and went to town. Just in case there are mould spores that the DW won't kill. Followed that up with soap and water. Oh and I removed the back panel too. What a mess back there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You'll end up ripping it all apart anyway to clean it if it's been used for wine. Guaranteed some bottles have leaked so you want to clean it thoroughly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm just glad they made it there safely. Hope there are some you haven't tried and end up enjoying. Cheers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've got 3 bottles squirrelled away because we get such sporadic availability at LCBO. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think I paid $50 for the rubber boot/tube for the washer. It's a pain in the rear end to replace tho. Expect lots of cursing and line up a nice cigar to calm your nerves after. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
